Bug Description

Request to enable openvwitch-switch-dpdk in openvswitch package for ppc64el.

Earlier this was enabled in PPA as in below bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dpdk/+bug/1539775/comments/30

This request is target for main archive in ubuntu.

Old Delta on top of recent OVS tested in Bileto and working, upload to zesty done.
Need to check proposed migration in the next days.

You should now in zesty be able to use it as discussed.
I wonder why the LP-bug auto-close did not kick in, but it says it is in release pocket and I could install, so fix Released.
