Bug Description

[Impact]
* With introduction of snapd/systemd in trusty, it has become impossible to install xorg-server-lts-xenial simultaniously with snapd/systemd.
* In trusty, logind is managed by upstart, and is not restarted on upgrades, therefore the protective breaks in xorg-server-lts-xenial is unnecessary in trusty only.

[Testcase]
* installing snapd, should not remove xorg-server-lts-xenial

I verified that the package from -proposed enables installation of snapd/systemd without any issues. Waiting for qa to give a vote, too, before setting to verification-done.

SRU verification for Trusty:
I have reproduced the problem with xorg-server-lts-xenial 2:1.18.3-1ubuntu2.2~trusty3 in trusty-updates and have verified that the version of xorg-server-lts-xenial 2:1.18.3-1ubuntu2.3~trusty1 in -proposed fixes the issue.

Marking as verification-done

Tested on a Trusty 14.04.5 VM with updates installed, trusty-proposed pinned for selective upgrade.

$ sudo apt-get install snapd/trusty-proposed snap-confine/trusty-proposed xserver-xorg-core-lts-xenial/trusty-proposed

This installed the packages correctly, including systemd.

I'm assuming that vrruiz added verification-needed accidentally. Removing it again as the report reads like a success.

  * Drop the unnecessary systemd breaks clause which conflicts with
    snapd. In trusty, logind is managed by upstart. LP: #1655724.
