Bug Description

mir_demo_client_eglsquare lags very badly (several seconds) behind the cursor if you remove Mir's input resampling. But we've known about this problem for a long time. Other demos don't have the bug...

Test case:

   $ env MIR_CLIENT_INPUT_RATE=0 mir_demo_client_eglsquare

(and if you're using a nested server also ensure the nested server has env MIR_CLIENT_INPUT_RATE=0)
