Omnipresent logo should be an Ubuntu one rather than a Gnome one

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Look in the top left corner of the screen.

What you see:
* The Gnome logo.

What you should see:
* An Ubuntu logo.

Gnome is wonderful and all, but it's a bit weird to be running Ubuntu and having
an omnipresent control on the screen with the Gnome icon rather than an Ubuntu
icon. I suggest removing the Ubuntu logo from the default background picture and
using it in the panel instead.

reassigning to ubuntu-artwork, as discussed it should ship a
gnome-logo-icon-transparent.png icon

wouldn't be better if human's iconrc file pointed to an ubuntu logo?
