Cannot delete instances in mitaka

Bug Description

In mitaka nova-lxd, an attempt to delete an instance tries to delete the profile before deleting the container. This raises an exception, preventing the container from being deleted.

    Delete the container before deleting the profile.

    If the container that uses the profile still
    exists, the profile cannot be deleted, and
    raises an exception, resulting in an inability
    to delete an instance.
