Bug Description
When auto-download is enabled quitting and restarting Podbird will result on duplicate download of the same Episodes (all the episode that didn't finished downloading ) this will mean that those episodes will be downloaded twice.
In fact the episodes will be duplicated on each restart, so restarting Podbird a few times will result in a pretty long download list.
To reproduce :
1. Enable auto download
2. Restart Podbird ( to run the first auto download )
3. restart Podbird again.
4. go to Downloads tab
Current result :
- All the episode downloads will are duplicated.
Expected result :
- Only one download per episode.

This is something i noticed while developing the auto download under wifi only feature.
