Bug Description

Create metadata def for CPU Mode. The allowed modes are "none", "host-model", "host-passthrough", "custom". The CPU Mode meta def is necessary if the CPU Mode in the nova config has to be overridden through flavors or image metadata

    Creates Metadata def for CPU Mode. The allowed
