Bug Description

I sometimes use my tablet in dekstop mode but still with mostly touch gestures.

(E.g., having a video running in a corner while playing a game)

Using the app switcher in this situation is a rather clunky experience:

- A long swipe from the right brings out the switcher. It looks a bit different than in tablet mode. So far so good.

- A quick swipe from the right also brings out the switcher. I would expected that it simply switches to the previous app, same way the tablet/phone-style-switcher does

- I try to close an app in the spread by swiping down, same as in the tablet/phone-style-switcher, but it just does nothing. In order to close an app I have to :
  1 swipe upwards
2 the swipe has to start all the way at the bottom at the icon
3 observe that grey border appears
  4 now swipe down
5 observe that a tiny little X appears
  6 tab the tiny X

Haha, 6 days between reporting the bug and having a new, nicely consistent switcher in rc-proposed. Thanks!
