[2.1 UI] Save user details and Change password buttons unresponsive

Bug Description

On /MAAS/account/prefs/ in both Xenial and Yakkety, clicking on either the User details -> Save button or the Password -> Change password button does nothing. The buttons appear to be completely unresponsive.
