Bug Description

checking whether the C++ compiler (g++-4.0 -O2 -DDEBIAN ) works... no
configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C++ compiler cannot
create executables.

The package uses g++-4.0 to build, but does not Build-Depend: g++-4.0.
