Bug Description

attachments and resources jobs are doing that by default. It would be nice to be able to do it for other shell jobs on a case by case basis.

While running checkbox-cli, sometimes jobs run successfully but can display a few warnings. If a tester is carefully following checkbox execution, it could make him think that something goes wrong with the test (don't forget that stderr is displayed in red!)
Having a flag to "mute" those jobs when running checkbox-cli could help.
Note that stderr/stdout will still be recorded and displayed in the reports (exactly the same behavior of resource/attachment jobs).
