Bug Description

Latest changes in lp:inkscape/0.92.x r15067 per commit message hide the 'Line height' setting in the Text and Font dialog. Actually, the committed changes hide all layout options available in the dialog (i.e. including the align and direction buttons, and the offset for text-put-on-path).

Attached patch only hides the specific widget as described in the original commit message, while keeping the other layout option visible.

Patch is for current stable lp:inkscape/0.92.x - please review.

Patch for current trunk (GTK3) to re-enable the Align style buttons and the GUI for startOffset (of text put on path) in the 'Text and Font' dialog.

Whether or not the commented-out features are fixed and added back to the dialog should be tracked in a separate report.

Reopening - patch for trunk available (comment 5) to re-enable some of the widgets in 'Text and Font' which were hidden in lp:inkscape r15098.

@jazzynico: could this issue be tracked in separate bug tasks (for 0.92.x and trunk)?
