Cirros outputs only partial information about IPv6 networks at startup

Bug Description

There are three issues here:

- IPv6 addresses are shown without their netmask. It will be /64 most of the time, but I think it is better to be explicit here.

- Only the last address listed in the output of `ip addr show` is shown for each interface. It looks like most of the time this will be the link-local address, so that the global address will not be shown.

- The routes for IPv6 are not shown at all.

I have a patch for this at http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~j-rosenboom-j/cirros/dev/revision/380/src/lib/cirros/shlib that fixes all of these issues.
