Bug Description
I noticed that in fuel-library in a lot of noop-tests Ubuntu 16.04 is not checked (only "trusty-facts" are provided, so only 14.04 cases are tested).
I suppose other tests may not cover 16.04 also. So I suggest all tests in fuel-library should be checked for 16.04 support.
