[2.0rc2] Commissioning node with gateway_link_v4 set fails.

Bug Description

When I tried to re-commission a machine that had the gateway set I ran into an issue starting the commissioning.

Node failed to be commissioned, because of the following error: {"gateway_link_ipv4": ["Static IP Address instance with id 9 does not exist."]}

Clearing the default gateways allowed me to work around the issue:

maas admin machine clear-default-gateways 4y3h7p

But this should not be needed to re-commission a machine.

I am hitting the same issue in 2.0rc3.

The work around did the trick for now. Thanks Blake.

Accepted maas into yakkety-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/maas/2.1.0+bzr5480-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
