Created video OGG files need .OGV extension by default

Bug Description
Ogg currently states, that any OGG containing video, should have an .ogv extension[1].
My current version of OggConvert (0.2.1), will create .ogg files by default, instead of .ogv. The latter seems to be the current standard for Ogg theora, and anything other kind of video in the Ogg container.
