Bug Description

Version: 1.9.3+bzr4577-0ubuntu1~trusty1

If "Third Party Drivers Configuration" > "Enable the installation of proprietary drivers (i.e. HPVSA)" is enabled, on HP ProLiant DL360 Gen9, Deployment will fail because:
"""
Failed to fetch http://downloads.linux.hp.com/SDR/repo/ubuntu-hpdsa/dists/trusty/main/binary-amd64/Packages 503 Service Unavailable
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
"""

By running cURL against that archive, you get:
"""
< Location: http://PLEASE.USE.NEW.HOSTNAME___downloads.linux.HPE.com___
"""

Hence, the following URL works fine:
http://downloads.linux.hpe.com/SDR/repo/ubuntu-hpdsa/dists/trusty/main/binary-amd64/Packages

Thank you!
