Bug Description

openssh (1:7.1p1-1) dropped legacy SSH version 1 protocol (as pointed e.g: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XenialXerus/ReleaseNotes )

But 'usage' still mentions it:
 usage: ssh [-1246AaCfGgKkMNnqsTtVvXxYy]

And 'man ssh':
 -1 Forces ssh to try protocol version 1 only.

This bug was fixed in the package openssh - 1:7.6p1-4

---------------
openssh (1:7.6p1-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Move VCS to salsa.debian.org.
  * Add a preseeding-only openssh-server/password-authentication debconf
    template that can be used to disable password authentication (closes:
    #878945).
