default selection is not accepted when pressing enter when resuming and choosing a session

Bug Description

```
$ byobu-tmux

Byobu sessions...

  1. tmux: 1: 9 windows (created Mon May 16 14:50:07 2016) [100x59] (group 0)
  2. tmux: 2: 9 windows (created Tue May 17 12:25:01 2016) [101x61] (group 0)
  3. Create a new Byobu session (tmux)
  4. Run a shell without Byobu (/bin/bash)

Choose 1-4 [1]:

I have to actually type 1 and press enter, but the UI suggests I can press enter and [1] will be default.

```
$ byobu-tmux -V
tmux 2.1
```

This started after upgrading from wily to xenial.
