Bug Description
Elsewhere in Ubuntu the close button is in the upper-left rather than the upper-right corner.
Beyond consistency there is a usablity issue, the close button for the second tab is in the same location as the button to open the tab management screen, so if you accidentally click or tap twice, you end up accidentally closing the second tab.
