[gui] A default action is needed when tapping (clicking) an entry in a list

Bug Description

When using the Libertine GUI, when a list of items are presented, we should have a default action when the item is tapped (clicked).

For example, when a list of containers in presented in the GUI, tapping or clicking on a particular container should then go to the Container Apps page.

  * Work around sudo issue where $PATH is not preserved even though the -E
    (preserve environment) option is used.
