Bug Description

Testcase: nstall (PostgreSQL database server) in Ubuntu Server amd64 in Xenial Daily
Step number 11 reads: 11. Inser the name for the new user
Inser should be replaced with Insert.

@warren - it makes life much easier if in future you give the testcase number - saves searching through them all.

@warren - if you find a typo - it is entirely possible that you'll find it again - many testcases were copy/pasted then edited.

I found them all with grep -R
