Bug Description
In order to ease integration with tooling that already used the 'virt' attribute that we set on published stream data in public clouds, the glance mirror should translate the underlying hypervisor_type for the glance image into an appropriate 'virt' value for the cloud.
lxc -> lxd
qemu -> kvm
Having openstack be special case is not really the right direction...
