Bug Description

Deployed daily xenial image from 2016-03-10 and maas 2.0.0 alpha1.
The UI's Nodes page shows:
    'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 779: ordinal not in range(128)

Here's a screen shot. When the page is reloaded I briefly see the normal page start to load before the Error page comes up.

I get the same error when navigating to a vlan page (e.g. http://10.245.208.20/MAAS/#/vlan/2)

In one case, the error whet away after rebooting the server maas was running on.
