Bug Description

This package was not synced for a while. As it looks we could drop a lot of delta while the remaining addition are mainly the renamed submission site (oops.kernel.org) which we are (still) not using directly.

Although the version delta sounds massive (a 5 year gap) the mainline delta is fairly small and to my eye is all minor parsing fixes and the like. The debian delta is also small. I can see no new features in here. Having the same version as debian is a major boon for an LTS.

      - Modified sysvinit file (--chuid).
      - Modified systemd service file (User/Group).
    - Modified syslog location (/var/log/kern.log).
    - Ensure that any trailing newlines are stripped off when reading the
      config file.
    - Added submit-pipe option (via apport).
    - Added two messages about EDAC to be ignored (false positives).
    - Additional handling of allocation failures and one memleak in dmesg.c.
    - Change polling interval to 60s.
    - Kept kerneloops as a transitional package and kerneloops-daemon.
