Bug Description
Bug 1538249 will mean that a webview isn't the only thing that can host a WebContents, so we should remove all of the input event handling and compositing bits from oxide::WebView and put it somewhere more appropriate (I'm currently putting all of the drag/drop stuff in our WebContentsView implementation, so it probably makes sense there)
