Bug Description
Currently:
https:/
uses row highlighting and js links. Among other things, this causes at least the following problems:
* discovering the clickability
* knowing what to expect when you click
* opening links in new windows Doesn't Work
To fix this:
* the rows should not be highlighted
* the bug # should be an underlined hyperlink
