[BDD] Unable to build plugin

ENVIRONMENT:
        MOS 7.0 MU-1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. clone repo from https://github.com/openstack/fuel-plugin-block-device (master, 01 Dec 2015)
2. build the plugin from master branch by the following command:
        $ fpb --build fuel-plugin-block-device/

EXPECTED RESULT:
Plugin built

ACTUAL RESULT:
Build failed with error:
        Unexpected error
        Cannot find directories fuel-plugin-block-device/repositories/ubuntu for release "{'repository_path': 'repositories/ubuntu', 'version': '2015.1.0-7.0', 'os': 'ubuntu', 'mode': ['ha'], 'deployment_scripts_path': 'deployment_scripts/'}"
