Bug Description
Currently the glance mirror hardcodes disk format to qcow2; for LXC/LXD images, this is not the case as the format is 'root-tar' rather than qcow2.
In order for a mixed hypervisor cloud to handle images correctly, we should also set the hypervisor_type property on the image so that it can be scheduled appropriately by nova to the correct target hypervisor.
