Bug Description
Trying to use MAAS, I don't want maas-proxy to be used. Instead, I want it to access directly to the internet. However, there's no option to disable the internal proxy.
So, what i think it should happen:
1. Checkbox to disable the usage of maas-proxy.
2. Textbot to input a custom proxy. This would take precedence over maas-proxy.
