Bug Description
I have create a custom LVM like this:
1. Select 'sda'
2. Create a partition sda-part1
3. Create sda-part1 & 'Create Volume Group'
4. Select vg0 & 'Add Logical Volume'
5. Select vg0-lv0 & 'Format'
6. Deploy
And the machine fails to deploy with: http://

Ok, so something I've noticed is that when we select default layouts, the MBR/GPT gets created automatically, where as when I use the custom partitioning, It doesnt. See screenshot:
