Bug Description
on node networking, at the moment we don't allow a user to edit a row when it is selected.
we should allow this interaction, since it is common. when a row is selected all form fields and drop downs should be displayed, regardless of hover.
when a user selects two or more rows, we dont allow in row editing, because we assume a user will do an action on the selected set (create bond)

I also think that if you select a row on that row can now be editted the other rows are not disabled but the editing in those rows are disabled.
