Bug Description
Currently the translation units in qt/core/api are built in a separate target because they are built with different flags, but qt/core/browser and qt/core/api are inter-dependent, meaning that the build configuration is a bit of a mess. What should really happen is that qt/core/api and qt/core/glue get put in their own component (with dependencies on qt/core/browser and shared/browser), and there should be no circular dependencies back from qt/core/browser to qt/core/api
