Bug Description
our python3 dependency gives me this error when doing an amd64->armhf cross sbuild:
(example here is vanilla vivid):

seems the dependencies are getting hung up on the specific versionings of python... taking a leaf out of qtmir's book and using "python3:any" seems to work
