Bug Description

Once the tests are submitted and uploaded, we need a way to allow the user to see the tests they created.

For the service, this means some sort of landing page showing the test runs, who submitted them and when they were submitted.

For the checkbox app, this means a way to direct the user to that page so they can visually see and confirm the results.

So Chris has landed the initial landing page, and we've hacked a button into Pilot to point folks at it. Leaving this open for a proper solution in checkbox itself.

I think we should land it, regardless of 14.04 being unable to show WebView, and work on WV fix seperately.
