Test description box snaps back when scrolled

Bug Description

When scrolling the description of a longer test that overflows the display, you can scroll the text to see the rest of the steps. However, as soon as you release your finger, the box snaps back to the top, so you can no longer see the other text.

This is an issue in Checkbox itself I suppose - or maybe even with the SDK component used
