thunderbird 2.0 not compiled with UNIX (movemail) acccount option.

I can confirm that with Thunderbird 2.0.0.8~pre071022+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.7.10 (Gutsy), there is still no way to create a Movemail account. This keeps me from integrating localhost mail into TB.

dist/bin/isp/movemail.rdf is built but not installed into the debs. It's a packaging bug.

This bug was fixed in the package thunderbird - 2.0.0.9+nobinonly-0ubuntu1

I have gutsy and Thunderbird 2.0.0.12 (2.0.0.12+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.7.10.0), but there is still no movemail account option. (I have gutsy-security enabled)
