please bring back the running mouse login splash

Thanks for your bug report.
As far as I know, this was removed during feisty development cycle since it slowed down the desktop loading.

Cody : we still have bug 149004 so it's not safe to re-enable the splash screen...

Jérôme Guelfucci: The session splash is not re-enabled. I've simply added the Xubuntu splash screen to the package again.

Furthermore, did anyone push that bug upstream?

Cody : ok sorry, I had missunderstood this.

Concerning the bug, it hasn't but I'll do it as soon as possible.

Please open this bug again. Mouse is not there now in ubuntu 13.10.
