Bug Description

/usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_vkontakte.so uses libkvkontakte.so.1 but the package that provides it is not depended on

/usr/lib/kde4/kipiplugin_wikimedia.so uses libmediawiki.so.1 but the package that provides it is not depended on

fixed in 4.12.0-0ubuntu4 in wily, backport to come

I'm going to close this since after more than 1 year it's clear noone cares to fix this very simple issue, or it was fixed and noone cared to close the bug.
