should not "reply to list" if the mail has no "List-Post"

Bug Description

"reply to all" and "reply to mailinglist" do the same. They send a reply to the
original sender and a cc to the list. Replies should only be sent to the
mailinglist.

do you use warty or hoary ? what kind of account do you use (maildir, imap, ...)
? how do you reply (ctrl-L, menu, ..) ?

I use hoary (evolution 2.2.1.1, package 2.2.1.1-0ubuntu2). Same results for
ctrl-L and menu. I use a pop3 account.

That works fine here. on what list does it happen ? can you attach an example of
a mail from this list to the bug ?

Created an attachment (id=1965)
Mail example of the reffering mailinglist

ubuntu maillinglists work for me too. Doensn't work on that attached
(non-public) list.

updating the summary, the mail is not a correct list one (no List-*) so the
mailer doesn't know where to reply and reply to all. Changing the bug to minor
since that's mainly due to the mail.

actually this bug is fixed in 2.30 if you select an email which is not from a list 'reply to list' is greyed out
