[Gutsy] Please, add the 'X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain=gimp20' line into the .desktop file

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gimp

The X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain key in /usr/share/applications/gimp.desktop file has no value. Its value should be "gimp20"

Due to this missing value, the GIMP menu entry in Applications->Graphics menu is always showed in English language.

  * It seems the bad usage hadn't completly gone. Correct a variable name
    that was causing the gettext domain to not be put into the .desktop
    file. (LP: #148049)
