Calendar defaults to "Personal", even if deactivated

Bug Description

In ota4, Calendar app always suggests a default option of "Personal" calendar, even if it is completely deactivated (unselected in the active calendars list), and the only active calendar is Google calendar associated with the active Google account.

I think a good fix for this bug would also allow explicitly setting a calendar as default for new events.

we are trying to solve this by making last used calendar as default calendar and using it
