Bug Description
Hello,
I think that will be good if left launcher shows us somehow what app is in opened. For now, when we start new app, its icon 'lands' in left launcher. But we don't know if that app is pinned there and it is all the time, or only because it's opened. I think that in Desktop version that issue is solved, but for now can't check it now.
--------Desired solution-
Launcher should indicate running apps in the launcher with a mark on the left side of the app icon.

I can only agree. It may have an influence on battery life. It would be pretty convenient to be able to see active apps. What's more I'd like to remind that Ubuntu used to be loved because of the way we could customize it (before Unity). I personally hate the way we have to close the apps. A have a bq with a (relatively) tiny screen and there are people in the world, especially men that as I (though I'm underweight rather than plump) close the false app or opens (!!!it really drives up the wall!!!) the "~show active apps screen" while browsing scopes!
All in all: I'd love to be able to change the way I close the apps and I thought that this bug report could be the right way to let me do it.
By the way! Imagine You've opened 5-10-20 apps. How are You gonna now close/switch them? The way it works now is not the bets solution. Am I so wise so perhaps any smart ideas? Of course I saw something better. On my Nexus 5 with Android where we have actually three ways of closing apps AND!!! what's very important !!! the system uses the longer edge of a screen to queue windows, not the shorter one! Where is the logic?! Why don't somebody put ~Unity launcher horizontal on the phone screen? It makes the life even more complicated and illogical
