Bug Description
In MAAS Version 1.8.0+bzr4001-
I have a node that is marked broken and powered on.
If I try to mark it fixed MAAS wont allow me
"The mark fixed action for 1 node failed with error: Unable to be mark fixed because the power is currently on. "
MAAS should allow me to mark a machine fixed while its power is still on
