Bug Description

Using the eog version in wily the overlay buttons for next/previous/rotation have what seems to be an incorrect background, unsure what they should look like but the current version is wrong

Indeed, we only styled buttons inside overlay toolbars. Eog overlays buttons directly. The attached branch should fix that.
