pydrive still use files in trash can

Bug Description
How to reproduce:
1. run duplicity backup with pydrive backend
2. using google drive web page, delete the all backup.
3. run duplicity collection-status, it still report backup exist.
and 'duplicity inc' can continue do incremental backup...
How to fix it:
pydrive should add "trashed=false" as search condition to filter out files in trash can.
Patch file is attached.
