Bug Description
Due to qtwebkit suppression upstream, and lack of usefulness of those mode, we agreed on dropping them.
Offline documentation support through F1 is filed as bug #1461034.

plugin doesn't remember Run Configuration settings at all" Refactor
ubuntu-sdk plugin to compile against the QtC upstream master branch
