Thank you for your bug report, what do you do exactly? The autodownload doesn't apply updates for you, just download them, you still need to open the updates panel and click the install button

Changed in ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu):
importance: Undecided → Low
status: New → Incomplete

I don't have any updates available at the moment. I'll put a complete
description when I have another update available. What I remember is that
the update still had to be downloaded. Also all the buttons said "download"
and the progress bar said "downloading"...

Twitter update:
1. Open "Updates". (automatically download is set to "always")
2. Click on "update" on twitter scope

Expected behaviour:
Update doesn't have to be downloaded anymore and installs immediately.

Behavior I get:
Update starts downloading. I can pauze and continue the download.

Right, that setting only apply to system update at the moment, changing the title to reflect the issue

Sebastien, why do you keep marking this as Low? It's a setting that ships on the phone, but doesn't work most of the time. It would be better for it not to be present at all.

@Matthew, that should be invalid for settings in fact, the setting side is working it's just that one of the services don't respect it
