Bug Description

I think that the directive "keepalive" should be accentuated in the following sentence at string #330 like this:

"The <emphasis>keepalive</Emphasis> directive causes ping-like messages...."

Looking overall, the use of emphasis tags with respect to "directive" is inconsistent throughout the document, sometimes it is used, sometimes not.
There is also one occurrence where the word "directive" is also enclosed in emphasis tags. Looking also around the word "parameter", the use of "emphasis" tags seems to be more consistent.

So, I have changed the title of this bug report to reflect the bigger picture issue. emphasis tags should be used consistently when specific directives or parameters are mentioned.
