Bug Description
Currently we could have individual test failures that do not fail the test suite. Running individual tests will show the proper failure count, but when run as part of the full suite (make test) the failed test won't be reported.
I went through them and it doesn't look like we have any current failures, but this issue will prevent us from catching failures in the future.
